At eSell X we handle each and every project with utmost care. We try to deliver the best and try to make our clients or customers happy and satisfied. But for any reason if our clients are not satisfied or don’t want to continue the project they can opt for a refund. We refund according to the below mentioned policies:
- Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and we will try to refund as early as possible.
- Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of thedesign style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
- No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.
